Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TinyWins mobile application and the website at https://tinywins.pro (together, "the Service"). The Service is operated by Reza Amini ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using TinyWins, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

TinyWins is a personal productivity companion designed for people who struggle with task initiation and focus — especially those with ADHD-style overwhelm. The Service helps you turn tangled thoughts into small, actionable steps.

Core features include:

• Brain dumps — record voice or type what's on your mind.
• AI companion — converts brain dumps into micro-steps and supportive companion messages.
• My Day — view and complete tasks generated from your brain dumps.
• Focus dash — a short, low-pressure timer to help you start; you can keep going if you get in the zone.
• Park a thought — save a voice or text thought for later without acting on it now.
• Memory log — browse your past focus sessions, brain dumps, and parked thoughts.
• Insights — AI-generated observations based on patterns in your transcripts over time.
• Notifications — local alerts when a focus dash timer completes (optional).
• Live Activities — on supported iOS devices, a lock-screen timer during focus dashes.
• Cloud sync — your account data syncs across devices when signed in.

Some features require an internet connection and a TinyWins account. Timer preferences, haptic settings, and certain UI state are stored locally on your device only.

Not Medical or Therapeutic Advice

TinyWins is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, therapy service, or substitute for professional mental health care. AI-generated micro-steps, companion messages, and insights are for general productivity support only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation.

If you are in crisis or need clinical support, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services. Do not rely on TinyWins for medical, psychological, or safety-critical decisions.

Eligibility and Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use TinyWins.
• You may sign in with email and password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You may delete your account at any time from the You tab → Delete Account. See our Privacy Policy for what is removed.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

TinyWins Pro Subscriptions

Certain features require an active TinyWins Pro subscription. Plans may include weekly and yearly options, with pricing shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device — not directly by us.
• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, your subscription renews automatically and your store account is charged for the next period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable under store rules.
• Prices may change for future billing periods; store platforms will notify you where required.

Managing and cancelling

• Manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play).
• Deleting the TinyWins app does not cancel your subscription.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated by the store. You retain access until then.
• Use Restore purchases in the app if you reinstall or switch devices.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies. We do not process store purchases directly. Contact the relevant store for billing disputes or refunds.

AI-Generated Content

TinyWins uses third-party AI services (routed through OpenRouter) to transcribe audio, generate micro-steps and companion messages, and produce insights. By using these features, you understand that:

• AI output is automated and may contain errors.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
• You are responsible for how you act on suggestions from the app.
• We do not use your data to train AI models; processing is inference-only. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit — including voice transcripts, typed brain dumps, parked thoughts, tasks, and session notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate TinyWins (for example, to transcribe audio, generate micro-steps, sync across your devices, and produce insights).

We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store or transmit illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
• Access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service (including automated or excessive API use).
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
• Use the Service to develop competing products by extracting or replicating our AI outputs at scale.

Intellectual Property

TinyWins, including its design, branding, companion character, and underlying software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or code except the limited right to use the app as intended.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties including Supabase (authentication and data storage), OpenRouter (AI routing), PostHog (analytics), Google Sign-In, and Sign in with Apple. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Availability and Changes

We aim to keep TinyWins reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.

We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination

You may stop using TinyWins at any time by signing out or deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property) will survive termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
